The International Journal of Women's Dermatology (IJWD) is a global, open-access dermatologic journal publishing international articles pertinent to medical, surgical, reproductive, and cosmetic dermatologic topics relevant to female patients and their families, as well as career issues affecting female dermatologists. IJWD serves the global dermatology community and aims to disseminate high quality, peer reviewed research in women's-focused dermatology and health care, including family-related topics relevant to dermatology and dermatologists to the widest possible global audience, through an open access platform. Articles published in IJWD may include original research, reviews, case reports of uncommon or highly interesting conditions or presentations and cases that are uniquely instructive, reports of novel treatments, clinical trial results, basic science, dermatopathology, educational material, clinical pearls, mentorship, and ethical matters. Very important articles may have accompanying editorials.
