Content Focus

Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology (ATVB) publishes laboratory-based, translational, clinical and population research that is related to cardiovascular, peripheral vascular and cerebrovascular biology and disease. Areas of focus include atherosclerosis, lipid biology, arterial stiffening, thrombosis and hemostasis, and vascular and valvular biology. ATVB encourages submissions that use state-of-the-art approaches to illuminate mechanisms of disease and uncover new therapies and biomarkers through experimentation in animal and cellular models and in humans. The journal values novel technological developments—such as in bioengineering and with ‘omics platforms.
